Murray school officials want you to "Lend Your Voice"

Murray County Schools will host a Lend Your Voice community meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 8, to discuss the progress of the school system’s strategic plan. A State of the School System address will be delivered prior to the discussion.

Representatives from the school system will be available to listen to comments and answer questions. A key goal is to ensure that residents have an opportunity to actively be involved in the process of making plans for the future of their schools. This forum is another step toward building a close working relationship, school officials said.

The meeting will be at Woodlawn Elementary School, 4580 North Highway 225, in Chatsworth. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. followed by the forum. For those who may require child care services will be available the night of the meeting.
