Area Arrests for Feb. 24

— • Luis Enrique Gomez-Salazar, 25, 33 Grayland Farm Road, Crandall, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to stop for a stop sign.
• Eric Bradford Cargal, 33, 612 Williams Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with child support violation, following too closely, aggressive driving, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, driving without a license, open container in vehicle and DUI.
• Joseph Clayton Fowler Jr., 22, 109 Michael Ave., Madison, Ala., was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.
• Dustin Lee Harrelson, 20, 109 Michael Ave., Madison, Ala., was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.
• Jeffrey Lynn Parton, 43, 5309 Clover Road, Knoxville, Tenn., was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with leaving the scene of an accident and DUI.
• Billy Jack Turpin, 18, 3250 Old Chattanooga Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, no tail lights, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and a license violation.
