Area Arrests for March 15

• Arnulfo Cristobal-Lopez, 23, 1103 Windsor Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery, misdemeanor obstruction of an officer, possession of a false identification document and giving false information or a false name.

• Danny Lee Crook, 48, 153 S. Dick Creek Road, LaFayette, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with trafficking in methamphetamine and using a communication facility (telephone) while committing a felony.

• Tommy Lynn Harrison, 42, 544 Galaxy Way, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

• Billy Ray Rogers, 46, 2000 Marran Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with following too closely, failure to dim headlights, failure to drive within a single lane, speeding and DUI.

• Regina Lynn Howard, 43, 1149 Smyrna Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Wayne Allen Martin, 37, 79 Nassau Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with a tag light violation and possession of a methamphetamine.

• Ronald Lee Stansell, 59, 3722 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of cocaine, possession of altered ephedrine, speeding and two counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs.

• Heath Edward Walker, 35, 1717 S. Clayton Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methadone, failure to keep drugs in their original container, driving with withdrawn license and a turning violation.
