Area Arrests for March 16

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Harold Lee Brock, 51, 201 Oak St., Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and open container of alcohol in the vehicle.

• Ulises Quintana Sanchez, 22, 1011 W. Crawford St., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery and identity theft.

• Robert David Brewer, 47, 190 Sumner Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine.

• Bryan Lee Cooper, 46, 2909 Gaylord Way, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of crack cocaine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Victor Arizmendi Dorantes, 29, Underwood St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of crack cocaine.

• Gary Lamar Head, 39, 817 Torino Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine.

• Cairina Suntana Lopez, 25, 228 Mary Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

• Miranda Martin, 39, 3802-B Highway 52 Alternate, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine.

• Robert Shane Mize, 40, 618 Green Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with probation violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license and DUI.

• Sonja Juliet Pellecer-Martin, 34, 1407 Mack St., Apartment 1, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Joseph Van Sampson, 38, 140 Wildwood Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and improper tag.

• Jackie Lamar Spivey, 57, 159 Brown Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with failure to drive within a single lane and DUI.
