Area Arrests for June 14

• Charles Bennett, 31, 2024 Golf Road, Huntsville, Ala., was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
• Mauricio Lemus, 59, 219 Green Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with driving without a license, improper lane usage and DUI.
• Anthony Brock Long, 36, 15 Kelly Road, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking and theft by deception.
• Bryan Michael Quinn, 362-B Richardson Road NE, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, false imprisonment (family violence charges), terroristic threats and acts and obstruction of an officer.
• Octavio Peinado Aguilar, 25, 217 Rauley Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with false imprisonment, kidnapping and interference with a 911 call (all family violence charges).
• Michele Brass Andrews, 48, 42 Brass Hill Road, Blue Ridge, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container in vehicle.
• Tonya Meri Fredrick, 36, 110 Richardson Road, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, possession of Xanax, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and giving false information.
• Lusila Alexandra Guzman, 21, 711 N. Selvidge St., Dalton, was charged Satuday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane and following too closely.
• Virginia Lynn Hall, 44, 1449-G Highway 76, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with speeding and DUI.
• Brent Raymond Smith, 51, 2450 Lakeland Drive, Apt. 5, Dalton, was charged Saturday with DUI and headlight violation.
