Area arrests for June 21

• Jerry Mikel Mashburn, 49, 124 Massingill Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with following too closely, DUI and too fast for conditions.

• Rockie Lee Turnquist, 39, 4702 Chamblee-Tucker Road, Tucker, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with sale of marijuana.

• Michael Keith Cabe, 19, 3161 Helton Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s office with burglary.

• Martin Gene Cantrell, 45, 1200 James St., Apt. 2, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with public drunkenness, theft by taking, obstruction of an officer, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

• Amanda Jo Cantrell, 29, 161 Nelms Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with failure to dim headlights, failure to maintain lane, driving with no license on person, DUI and a broken windshield.

• Alvaro Menor DeLeon, 31, 609 N. Selvidge St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking and obstruction of an officer.

• Jimmy Lee Casson, 39, 834 Callahan Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and loud music.

• Tia Nicole Gragg, 29, 615 Wooded Hills Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with selling methamphetamine.

• Angel Luis Guzman, 20, Fleetwood Orchard Road, Ellijay, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats/acts and battery.

• Juan Martinez Lopez, 35, 209 Eastside Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.

• Lourdes Monterrey, 29, 609 N. Selvidge St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and driving while tag suspended.

• Scotty Dewayne Morris, 40, 633 Pine Oaks Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, improper backing and failure to maintain lane.

• Sebastian Rodriquez, 23, 106 Park St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.

• Isaac Resendiz Yanez, 17, 106 Neal St., Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery, DUI, underage consumption, a turning violation and driving without license.

• Valentin Aldaba-Aguilar, 43, 1125 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.

• James Lamar Belcher, 27, 1500 Shady Lane, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and speeding.

• Frances Lynn Davenport, 25, 3347 Headrick Circle, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Yancey Voyt Davenport, 28, 136 N. Tibbs Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with battery and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jose Adolfo Estrada-Gloria, 30, 2350 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine.
