Health district looking for pregnant smokers

If you’re pregnant and smoke, or a new mom that smoked while you were pregnant, the North Georgia Health District wants to hear what you have to say. The health district is looking for 20 women between the ages of 18 to 45 to participate in a 90-minute focus group.

Participants will be paid $20 each. The focus group will meet on Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. Participants will be provided with food and beverages. The information gathered will be used to help the community find better ways to help people quit tobacco.
