Area Arrests for Oct. 8

• David Troy Beasley, 40, 110 Kid Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of burglary and giving false information or a false name.

• Monica Star Beasley, 45, 600 E. Gay St., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of burglary.

• Edward Allen Cooper, 18, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an automobile or other motor vehicle with the intent to commit a felony and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Sheila Marie Fowler, 42, 483 Brackett Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes.

• Matthew Scott Sosebee, 27, 1025 Center Hill Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with failure to drive within a single lane and DUI.

• Sophia Guadalupe Anglee, 47, 500 Brittany Place, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery, second degree forgery and identity theft.

• Thomas Arnathan Atkins, 35, 1409 Lillian Lane, Chattanooga, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal attempt at trafficking in cocaine, criminal attempt at possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and use of a communication facility in committing a felony.

• Justin Ray Lecroy, 20, 376 Mary Avenue, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriffs’ Office with entering an automobile and underage consumption of alcohol.

• Anthony Ray Mann, 19, 1418 Wendell St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated battery, obstruction of an officer, underage consumption of alcohol and probation violation.

• Fredy Perez, 19, no address listed, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with driving with a withdrawn license, carrying a concealed weapon, no insurance, improper tag, driving with a suspended tag and second degree forgery.

• Wilmer Rivera, 17, 1792 Redbud Road, Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of tools for the commission of a crime and drug possession.
