Deal to answer questions on Web site

Submitted by the Deal for Governor campaign

U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal, Republican candidate for governor of Georgia, will hold the first in a series of online dialogs with Georgians on Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at a new Web site designed to help voters find out more about him.

The Web event will take place at www.asknathandeal.com, a site developed by the campaign to give Georgia voters a chance to ask questions about Deal or his record.

“Georgia families deserve to know where candidates stand on issues that are critical to our state,” Deal said in a press release. “We’re proud to be utilizing new technology to connect with the people of Georgia as they turn their attention toward this important election.”

Future events will be announced in a schedule posted on the “Ask Nathan” site. The chat will remain posted following the live event.

In addition, a number of questions will be answered in a series of Web videos on the site.
