Area arrests for Feb. 8

� Heather Nicole Abernathy, 20, 1909 Hull Ave., Rome, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with disorderly conduct, aggravated stalking, criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

� Derrick Shawn Lane, 35, 5517 Village Trace, Union City, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the first degree, forgery in the second degree and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

� Samuel David Vaughn, 38, 1015 Ponderosa Lane, No. 3, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

� Angela Lou Patterson, 44, 1192-C Jackson Lake Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Eton Police Department with open container of alcohol, DUI and a taillight violation.
