These news readers usually are displayed as headlines in a small application on your desktop computer. Where can I find an RSS news reader?

Users of Mozilla's Firefox will be able to retrieve RSS feeds from their own web browser by clicking on the RSS icon in the lower-right corner of the window. You will need to subscribe to the feed.

To subscribe to the RSS Feed, just click on the XML link where you see it to put into your favorite RSS news reader.

On most browsers you can right-click this link and select "copy shortcut" or "copy target address" or something similar. Please consult the documentation of your RSS reader for more information on how to implement.
